there is no rush of movement in my steps,
no need to make this journey overnight, or force
some fast conclusion. this is sweet, like candy
for my soul, a voyage through an undiscovered
land of warmth and beauty i have never
seen before, and every step i take along
this path i watch in patient admiration
of the tremors rippling through my soul.
